Privacy Policy — LeadsQue

LeadsQue is a product operated by REGALNEX. REGALNEX is a proprietorship concern owned by Likith S D (GSTIN: 29HHEPD6235A1ZM), registered at 1st Floor, No.6, 1st A Main Road, Mudalapalya, Sanjeevininagara, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka – 560072 (“REGALNEX”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect data through the LeadsQue platform, including data obtained via our integration with Meta’s Facebook Lead Ads.

1. Who this applies to

• Customers — businesses using LeadsQue to manage their sales pipeline.
• End users / leads — individuals whose information customers collect through Facebook Lead Ads, website forms, or manual entry.

2. Information we collect

From customers:

• Account details: name, email, company, billing information.
• Usage data: login activity, feature usage.

From Facebook Lead Ads, via a customer’s connected Page:

• Lead contact details submitted through the customer’s Lead Ad forms — typically name, email, phone number, and any custom fields the customer has configured.
• The Facebook Page ID and Lead Form ID associated with each lead.
• We do not access a customer’s personal Facebook profile, friends list, or any data outside the Pages and forms they explicitly connect.

3. How we use this information

• To create and display lead records inside the customer’s LeadsQue account for sales follow-up.
• To provide AI-based lead scoring, call summaries, and analytics features.
• We do not use lead data for advertising, and we do not sell or share lead data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Where and how data is stored

• Data is stored on Supabase, hosted on [AWS REGION — check Supabase Dashboard → Project Settings → General].
• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Each customer’s data is logically separated and accessible only to that customer’s authorised users.

5. Retention

• Lead data is retained for as long as the customer’s account is active, or 90 days after account closure, unless deletion is requested sooner.
• Customers can delete individual lead records at any time within LeadsQue.

6. Deletion requests

• Customers may delete leads directly in-app, or request full account data deletion by emailing contact@regalnex.com.
• Individual leads and Facebook Page admins may request removal of their data by emailing contact@regalnex.com; we process such requests within 30 business days, consistent with Meta Platform Terms.

7. Sub-processors / third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadsQue:

• Supabase — database hosting and storage.

Each is bound by its own data protection obligations and does not use customer or lead data for its own purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on applicable law — including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — individuals may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Contact contact@regalnex.com to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified to customers via email or in-app notice.
